Hello,

Who is the best 2nd position lender from a rate and term perspective? I have a merchant who literally laughed at my Lendini offer (1.43). Before you guys jump down my throat about details of the file, I am simply asking what lender primarily gives the best 2nd position advances.

SOS capital is the only 2nd position lender you should be dealing with for low rates, although stips are a bit more thorough and no home based.

I agree with John. If his financials are solid and he wants to finance with a cash out, that will be his most cost effective route.

If that is a path he wants to pursue, I am a direct lender and can do so.
