I just need to give a huge shoutout to Everest they just funded a second position with a 1.15 buy rate in 5 hours today for me .
That is all impressive on its own , however I even more impressed by the fact that this deal was for 300k .


If you are all not working with Everest your nuts , plain and simple .

That's better than CAN or On Deck can do. Didn't know they were that aggressive, and you're saying that from app to funding for 300K took 5 hours? Even with online checkout, again OD couldn't even touch it.

I wouldn't broadcast how great a lender is to the whole world unless I worked for them. Would want the competitive advantage to myself as much as possible, but, that's just me.

honestly i normally wouldn't ( i leave that to zach who's nice ) . it was just lewis told me if i get this deal funded for you today you have to go and tell all and i agreed . i am a man of my word so i did .

NYE is always an interesting time for this industry, because as we've seen on the posts some people are all about working like another day on NYE and some people go totally ghost. And because I am a bit nosy I always try and track down people "working" and "posting" on NYE to see if they went out for NYE. I want to determine If the people working on NYE also enjoyed themselves later that evening.

I think its an industry wide thing, Nextwave Funding whos been notorious for stips funded a $500k 15 month deal in roughly 38 hours. All they wanted was two years of tax returns and the regular stipulations everyone requires. The competition is driving even the funding companies mad. lol Its a great time to be an ISO in my opinion.
