    Yes funders are coming to the table for funding so they don't lose deals. I funded 2 50k deals with swift in 24 hours. 3 months ago they would have taken a week. Now who has the best buy rates for 6 and 12 months that are funding quickly?

    yea they gave us 1.25 buy rate for 12 months, Not my preferred group but was decent rate for the deals. Construction industry and in CA so some other guys did not do it.
    IF someone else that I don't know of has those rates would be happy to send them business.
