We are seeking talented sales representatives with strong communication skills.
Applicants will go through a 2 round interview process and will paid on commission only. Successful candidates are extremely well compensated and have significant upward mobility in the organization.

Responsibilities
• Participate in new business pitches and facilitate process for new business development.
• Communicate with brokers and new business partnership prospects
• Handle direct sales coming from in-house generated prospects as well as partnership referrals

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Sales experience on in-bound and out-bound calling efforts
• Experience in the Merchant Cash Advance space
• Has the ability to identify new business development opportunities with existing clients and assist in harvesting new partnership opportunities.
• Desire to grow, develop and be trained in interdisciplinary skills
• The ability to start immediately and can commute to the Jersey City
Preferred Qualifications & Interests:
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and persistence in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Ability to connect with small business owners and educate them about our products as a solution to their business capital needs
• Ability to work with in-house and out-house underwriters to sell and fund deals
• Ideal candidate will have the ability to read through financial statements and basic excel skills
• Excellent written communication skills is a must!
