An American Cocoa Merchant Based in France described as a "Tycoon" is my favorite part. I think the part that astounds me the most is even after these types of email scams have been revealed time and time again people still fall for them. At what point do you say, "Hmmm, what was that report I saw by Scott Hansen on CNBC?"
