$1,000,000.00 In Judgements but needs funding

Merchant's business is great but personal credit is horrible. The companies with liens and judgements can't collect against the company account because the merchant is a principle in a different company that owns the potential funded company. Unless there is a COJ....

    200k+ per month.

    Who can fund this deal?

Judgments or tax liens? $1 million in judgments? Yeah, I would say he is in the need of some funds.

Good luck getting them back when the plaintiffs find out that merchant has money in the account

The merchant can't have his accounts seized.... If you are a principle of a company that owns a different company then accounts for the second company can't be levied.

M, I think I understand about the application of one company's assets not being used to pay anothers, but, how can you say the company is in great shape of it's inability to pay its debts caused judgements and liens?

I understand there are high risk funders but with so many solid deals out there why would we want to place our money in a trouble deal. But if you get it done let us know we have deals to send your way

Omegafund, if you have deals this complicated I would like to discuss them with you.
As for this deal perhaps the broker will tell us if the borrower is profitable and exactly why their assets can't be used to satisfy the debt.
