Dr. Looking for 300k with over 1mill in future recievables

I'm looking for a company that is willing to fund a No fault Medical office 300K. The Dr has been in business for 20 years and has over a million in future receivables. I'm looking for direct lenders only or any information that would lead me in the right direction.
    Thanks in advance.

'Future Receivables'?? Give Pro Med (Hauppauge NY) a try for a small practice. If the Practice has $1M in EOB receivables to Insurance Companies, Medicare, and Medicaid that's another space altogether.. Feel free to touch base..

Here is another approach to consider:

If your client's monthly net income is in the range of $35k - $45k, I would be interested in funding him, using receivables as back-up.

    I'm a direct lender.

Email me if you would like to discuss.

    Thanks,

Future receivables and what is actually collected over the past 6 months might be a big difference especially in the medical field.
Get a factoring company that specializes in insurance receivables..

Give James Graydon at ProMED Healthcare Financing a call 631-468-6325. They can get that funded for you.
