Does he have any type of equity at all? any property, vacant land, real estate.
If not we are able to also do cross collateral where we find that a lot of our clients
with no equity likes going towards that avenue.

What kind of business, and also is the balance 250k or was that the funded amount? That's going to determine how much we would approve him for on a 2nd.

We just did a 325k second recently. The merchant was doing monthly around 5-8 million but his 1st position balance was 900k so if my calculations are correct we can probably get the 100k to 150k on a 2nd either through the processing or another payment as long as their ledger is strong and also their credit. What company is the 1st position balance with? We would pay it off but they aren't doing enough monthly and that balance is too high so a 2nd is something we would def look to do.
