Merchant apply to them online and give them their basic info. They then take that info and put it up on a forum board, where subscribing members can see the information and contact them.

If you aren't calling the leads until 10-11 am? You are the 10-11th person to contact them

Before they use to have no limit on how many times the leads are re-sold, now its up to 4 thanks to me. But now its hard to buy a quality lead because they are bought out so fast.

IMHO, they don't filter the leads that well and for the price you can go elswhere. They have become to big for their own good, next thing you know they go the Lendio route if they haven't publicly done so already.
