I want to syndicate my deals
Hey everyone,
I'm a broker and have been in the game for 5 months now with a team of about 10 people. We are doing pretty well and we work with about 10 lenders.
My question is -- how can a broker get involved in syndicating some of their own deals and what type of platform do you guys use to keep track of your syndications? Is there any solid info on the web that can help me get started? I'd really appreciate any help.

Start by rolling your commissions into deals until you have a small portfolio. Then allocate a certain percentage of net revenue for it... As much as you can.
There are also investors who will put their own capital up for your participations. This can help develop a syndication relationship in a more timely manner.Zachary Ramirez CEO

That they do. Most funding companies of decent size offer syndication in one way or another. I would like to reference an earlier message by Zach. He was saying that rolling your commissions into deals is a great way to get started and I agree 100%. That is actually how every rep at YSC (on the sales side) makes a lot more money. Its how I started to really create a nice little pipeline for myself as well on the syndication side.
