We are a lender that lends against po's.
P.o. Funding is not a stand alone product and almost always involves Factoring. The program is excellent for situations where the goods are shipped directly shipped to your client's credit worthy customer.
If your customer receives the goods then it becomes inventory funding and in some cases materials that are purchased May fall into the Work in Process catagory.
Like all commercial finance the devil is in the details.

Happy to assist with your PO Finance scenario. As Bob stated, PO Finance must have either a factor, a Letter of Credit or Cash Against Documents in order for a lender to finance the PO and good margins.
