I was referred to this company by the name of Advance Smart by one of my clients, saying they solicit him day & night...

Can anyone verify them as being a true in-house funder, or are they simply brokers?

Advance Smart are great I've worked with the head over there for a long time Tony Palazzo. Great staff, very knowledgeable. Tey fund some in house deals and anything they maybe don't want or is outside their box they send out, Quite a bit goes to my guys here at YSC.
