Client has no loans currently, and earns $2K-$3K monthly. He owns a grinder free and clear worth $250K. He's looking to buy land and put a bldg on it (a recycling plant) in the Rochester area. He is looking for $150k.

What year and make is the grinder?

What type of business? Location?

Some lenders may do 65% of the equipment value.

This may be a tight squeeze to get it done.

Try doing a sale lease back on the equip... Dakota Leasing and Maxim Leasing do these types of transactions.

What is the clients credit? Mortgage or hard money is cheaper than Dakota or Maxim
