Emmy, feel free to reach out. Assuming your client qualifies, the payment on twelve months for $450k consolidation would be $49k and on eighteen months it would be $38,700. According to your post he is paying $63k monthly now. Client can prepay any time after six months with no fees, penalties or interest for some pretty substantial savings.
