Boiler room out of Miami. Not good. Kids that aren't even allowed to sit in a chair and have to sell while standing, it's on Biscayne Blvd. Have copies of their pitches which are just so much BS (gave copies of the illegal pitches to our Dept of Financial Services). There will be people here (especially Eric and Principals) that will dispute that, but I've been there. Won't be open much longer. The owners came from Cityscape which is now Leverage Point and now basically bankrupt. Ignorance is bliss.

I think one thing that leads to confusion is when you have multiple "brand names" for one company or the company changes names with very little else changing. Im not passing judgment but it does lead to confusion for the newcomer.

I agree, normally bigger companies have the old name and new name together for a decent amount of time so enough people catch it. It does get complicated when you deal with "White Labels" or funders who Syndicate.
