A colleague of mine has a client that purportedly has a solid business ($5M + annual revenue), good financials, good credit, etc.

But he will not sign a personal guarantee. Call me old fashioned, but the end of the day, I will not fund without one since I think it makes a statement that the client does not believe in his business.

Does anyone know if credible lenders that will fund without a ps?

I will be happy to make the introduction.
