Hi Joe,

Just call me. I am a lender, solid, and trustworthy.
We have a CRM system that we use that tracks all the details of all our referral sources including names, addresses, contact info, last notes, and who has referred us deals.
To keep down cost you could easily just create a spreadsheet with categories of funder type and sizes. The spreadsheet should also contain all the contact info: fund name, contact name, address, phone number, e-mail etc.... When you have a client with a need you can easily sort your spreadsheet, copy and past the funds needed for that particular client and then create a deal roadmap. I used to use them all the time in my prior life as an investment banker. The firm I worked for was small and did not have a CRM. Other I worked for had them, but I used the spreadsheets anyway as a back-up in case of a system issue.
