Is there any lender willing to work with Escrow Company?
I got a client that is doing about $15 million a month in sales revenue but uses escrow company as their bank to pay all bills. If we have a lender that is willing to accept weekly payment, the escrow company will automatically make that payment on weekly basis.
Please advise. Thank you.
