Cash advance for real estate flipper?
Have a personal client of mine that I've already funded an advance with. Looking for a 4th or consolidation.
Does on average 180K/month but fluctuates btwn 100-300K.
620 credit
Balance = 55K btwn 3 positions. 40K/13K/13K. Open to 4th position or consolidate 1-3 advances.
Has offer of 50K 8 month 1.40, need to be better.
Lastly, needs to be able to fund in 24 hours.
