Have a client that needs $250k advance

Have offers from several lenders but they take a blanket security interest.

Existing lender has a lien on bank account.

We need a lender that is willing to carve out the bank account from their UCC filing or do ZERO UCC filings.

Let's get this deal done.

What's there business and what type of debt does the existing lien secure?

Suggestion: In lieu of UCC filing ask your Direct Lenders if they will accept a Confession of Judgment. This should definitely be something that will satisfy them...

if the merchant is in CA you could try LoanMe. they have a pilot program for $250K in CA and I don't believe they file a UCC

Several of the more popular MCA guys don't file UCC's.

Maybe this fact assists in their popularity. In my experience it can be a make or break factor.
