I need help for a new sales-person

One must also keep in mind that 2/3 of these direct lenders out there, even the big ones, all have in house sales teams as well. Does that negate them from being a Direct Funder?

How would that negate them? If they work there at the source of capital to the client then they are a direct lender. Its not like only the guy signing checks is a "direct lender" and everyone working for him in his office doesn't count.

Yes it does, most of those iso shops that work directly with funders charge points on top or pay out less points than going directly to the source.
