A growth funder is looking for a director of inside direct sales to help in building out internal origination team.

Responsibilities would include
* Hire / Train / Manage a team of inside salespeople / reps
* Liaise with senior management and deliver sales results
* Work with head of marketing to prioritize lead-gen campaigns

Our requirements:
* 2+ years of experience managing and leading inside sales teams
* Demonstrated ability to implement and train sales teams in sales techniques
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
* Understanding of value of dfferent channels for lead generation
* Proficient in Salesforce CRM
