    $1 Million Term Loan

I have a client who is doing $1.4M per month and is looking for $1M term loan (at least a 2 year term). Decent credit and 9 years in business. They don't want to go through the hassle of an SBA loan. Any ideas?

Talk to Richard Gerard on this forum. He could be a great resource for you. I have a client that I recently consolidated $912k of MCA loans and am working with Richard to help him pay off his funding early and get him an additional $1M at a much lower rate. So if he has the ability to do this, he might be able to help you, too.

    $1 Million Term Loan

Good luck closing anything with BFS!

We call BFS - Bunch of Stips- Bunch of Sissies!

    1. There underwriters make errors that should have been foreseen before sending contracts out. Ex. Calculation of gross! That's underwriting 101 an if you can't teach that to someone your better off not sending the deal.

    2. Asking for an explanation of why it was declined- Good luck-they never answer the phone or emails. Ex: And when you go one above your rep. Scott hangs up on you because he doesn't want to hear what you have to say!

    3. An than after everything was said and done you find out it was given to "trusted" family Entrust. Your welcome Ilya.

    4. There rates and terms are not competitive at all. Maybe to Wbl but other than that BFS. They were good but now are to good for there own kind.

    5. To answer your question on a Million dollar deal. You have SFS(Ach),CAPROCK(split deals)etc. of some off the top of my head.

    6. Good luck! May you be more healthy, happy and prosperous but don't be greedy!!

Cresthill Capital has from the fewest stips needed to fund a deal, at the same time cant blame a funding house for requesting stips.
