Merchant paid off $250,000 with FC , looking for $200,000 - A Paper.
I have a merchant who just paid off 2 lenders (not going back to those guys) with a bank loan from FC to lower her monthly paymentt by 70 %.
Credit score 650 -699
Monthly $80,000
Last year tax 811,400
Best offer from supposed A paper lender : 72,000 ,78 months , 1.35 buy rate

She paid off 2 lenders with an FC loan for $250,000. Wants 200,000. If it's not possible then so be it, but I believe there are much better offers available.

You might have to take that one and run with it, I've never seen 72k go out any where near that long!
