With our rapid growth, we are seeking full time digital employee #2, a hands on Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will be tasked to apply their understanding of digital marketing across all channels and execute industry best practices to achieve maximum ROI. The candidate will be tasked to strengthen long-standing marketing initiatives while effectively managing new projects. The chosen candidate will ensure that all solutions are on time and within budget.

Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities

●Project Management is your best friend. You are experienced in keeping the train moving on time and on budget across multiple time sensitive projects.
●Email: You own the daily production and hit the send button on all email marketing.
●Conversion Rate Optimization gets you jumping out of bed in the morning. You will bring new ideas to the funnel optimization table and will live to test new technology & improve ROI.
●Direct Mail: The candidate should be ready to get their hands dirty with day to day production & execution on all direct mailer campaigns.
●Search: Your obsession over paid & organic search is never ending. You will assist in the management of multiple paid search campaigns & are passionate about serp rankings.
●Cross channel collaboration with design & development marketing agency.
●Engage and manage projects throughout the project lifecycle including internal meetings, managing expectations (while working to exceed them), and ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives, timelines and budgets
● Participate in new business pitches and facilitate process for new business development.

Desired Skills and Experience
●Proven track record in managing large scale digital marketing solutions across channels including conversion rate optimization tools, direct mail, email marketing, SEO,SEM.
●You are agile, and work at warp speed. You thrive in a results oriented environment.
●Describes oneself as a “do-er” and “planner” in project management with proven track record in project and time/budget management
●Has previously worked on a variety of projects that touch on all or some of Optimizely | Visual Website Optimizer | ESP | Adwords | SEO programs & the like.
●Has the ability to identify new business development opportunities with existing clients and assist in harvesting new partnership opportunities.
●Has superior communication skills, excellent in written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to successfully manage expectations, articulate project risks and/or processes in a simple and engaging way.
● Desire to grow, develop and be trained in interdisciplinary skills as a digital marketing manager
Job Requirements:
●Preferred 3-5 years of project management / account management within a digital agency or digital marketing team or has hands on experience in a variety of digital platforms with examples of past project success.
● Thorough understanding of google analytics & conversion rate optimization tools
● Experience directly managing large scale quality lead gen digital marketing projects.
● Proven results in developing, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies and programs in support of key business objectives
● Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on schedule and on budget
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to make metrics-driven recommendations to test, measure and improve programs to senior management
● Highly enthusiastic and positive, with a ‘Do-er’ mentality to take on initiatives and be proactive in project and client management tasks
● Displays passion for all things digital marketing & is self-motivated. You are team-oriented & have a ‘get it done’ mentality, strong desire to learn/grow/develop and have fun.

Preferred qualifications & interests:
● Experience with digital project management software & tools.
● The word “roadmap” in spoken in your sleep
● Hands on CRO & GA experience
● Hands on experience in Adwords.
● Knows the way around google webmaster tools and can talk high level SEO.
● Has built digital end-to-end digital solutions in your pajamas.
● Experience managing third party vendors a plus
● Industry knowledge of digital marketing best practices
