Is anyone getting UCC records in bulk directly from the State SOS? I am very familiar with how the process works and everything that is involved. I am looking to possibly find a developer to automate it for me. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Once you pull that raw data reach out to me and we can append the data you need to contact the merchants. We could also provide you UCC data for all the states that you will not be able to get data from.

yes I have pulled my own data for years. Once you pull it the next step is very simple. Just look up the business in manta and you will usually get the owners name or a simple google search will get you the phone number.

Some states do require you to sign up with them but it is much lower in cost than buying them from a broker.

What ridextreme does is time consuming but is probably not too bad if you are not trying to provide data to a sales team to call and just calling the data yourself. However it is incomplete and not everyone knows who is who when it comes to secured party names and aliases.

Len what you are looking to do can actually become pretty costly if you want complete and accurate data.
