I've had an assistant working for me for a while now and she is looking for extra work. I'm moving a different direction and the assistance I need is more in the analyzing/underwriting department, which is not her strength.

She has been great at all those daily tasks that drive us all crazy, like setting the appointments, gathering all the docs, organizing them, submitting for underwriting, following up with deadbeat clients that are not getting the docs in on a timely basis, etc. etc.

She understands the funding industry pretty well and speaks the language.
