Best Million Dollar funder
Got a file that does over $800k a month. Average balances of $175k+ Not sure of credit but it didn't seem to be a concern of the merchant when discussing his needs.
What are the best lenders to work with for million dollar deals with reasonable pricing and terms?
I know Dan at Skill and WBL can do this deal but we are not looking into the collateral aspect for WBL. Looking for reasonable loans with reasonable pricing.

Understood...but in a perfect world if they were going to consider pledging the real estate and had good credit they'd be looking at 1.16 (6 month), 1.24 (9 month), or 1.33 (12 month) plus whatever upsell you wanted to tack on up to 8%. Regardless, that's a great deal to have and I hope you get it funded!!!

Try strategic if it's super clean. They don't stip nearly as hard as BFS....if going down the BFS route make sure his sales and payroll tax is paid. GOOD LUCK!

Strategic is kind of expensive though.
BFS offers better rates right?

Yeah bfs has awesome buy rates as of yet and terms up to 21 months. Strategic is just very trustworthy.

SMH... If the client is doing $9M a year, isn't concerned about a credit check, with average balances of 175k in bank, do they understand that they are likely eligible for fully amortizing facilities- even those willing to subordinate to first positions with a Bank or the SBA???

Yes they are.
Per his exact words:
"SBA takes to long & also since under 3 years over leverages all our assets from homes to AR leaving us no future ability to scale if needed with financing, please let me know if any details."
So he does not want to go that route.

There are SEVERAL options to go North of $1M with term loans... A few of them take less than 7 business days. My post referred to the fact that there are Lenders that SUBORDINATE to the SBA in the event that they already have a loan with them. If the client wants a real loan- there are several options to help...
