Hands up to Joe Esparza HFH Financial who funded 7th position!
Only approval from most. Thoughts of making sure client can handle it since I couldn't consolidate. But am arranging for factoring and payroll finance and then clear up the corporate credit.

Yeah except the 7th takes out the 4,5,6. And then it's term time over 2 years to consolidate.

If you couldn't consolidate him with the 4th, 5th, and 6th - you aren't going to now unless Joe consolidated interest free.

Because they were too big. Could only consolidate the smaller ones.

Also, I shouldn't have said funded since it is only an offer so far. I did promise because it was made though, that I would shout out for Joe. I posted about this customer earlier because he had 6 MCAs and 240K of funding. It was not possible to consolidate (at least with the markets I deal with). As we all know the deal could break down at the 11th hour.

Joe only did an MCA, not the term loan.

funD..read the thread. I said afterwards that I promised Joe I would shout out, since he was the only offer. I understand, as you do the 11th hour risks of a deal getting quashed. I do not know if I will even give it to the client as we are just doing the factor apps and I need to make sure he has the cash flow to handle it without being sucked into the whirlpool.

I am at the beach tonight again (oakland and A1A) but I would say most of my offers are more than usually deals (a least half of the time). I do my DD. This one was totally dead other than the factoring. Couldn't even finance his payroll because he uses mostly 1099s. And I explained I sent the shout out because he was the only offer and requested it. Gosh, you're awfully grouchy. But we all know the next 3-4 months are the best.

Remember, I'm just a guy working in his PJS. Easily 50% of my accounts are renewals but I always get scores from CK, comb thru the bs and do my DD. Then get them Paydexs so they can get term loans (still takes a couple of years) to get away from the business payday advance mafia.

Sorry out for dinner at Greeks. 7th position. Used to take out the others. It will now be 4th. At least at funding, assuming it occurs. And assuming BS shows he can handle it.

Let everyone just wait, until John Galt gets back to us about if it funds or not. Until that happens, there is no point in everyone mouthing off.

He's being clowned due to the fact that he referred to an approval as a funded deal. Anyone who has spent 1 day in a real office would know better than to ever say or assume that. Here is the title of the post for reference: Hands up to Joe Esparza HFH Financial who funded 7th position!
Not that I care, just saying - whether it's funded or not is irrelevant at this point.
