Land America Holdings wanted over 1M.....didn't have the sense to line up deposits on statements while clipping and pasting....but truly had over 700K in equity. Today. Yet multiple loans from companies like WGF.

Have you ever been to an actual collections trial for a default......? Not to insult you but with representation, it's a lost cause.
Oh yes your honor, my firm charges 160% simple interest and he signed for it....lmao.Last edited by John Galt; 11-11-2015 at 06:44 PM.

Fraudulent Statements
Pretty sure submitting fraudulent information for the purpose of obtaining a loan or cash advance would be a felony... But I'm not the DA...

Find a DA that would take the case...ain't happening. You could use it as a bargaining chip against someone that had no attorney though. Like the clause in a valet coupon that says "not responsible for any theft in your car" etc....sorry you created a bailment taking the keys and YOU ARE responsible but ignorance is unfortunately an obstacle and you won't sue. People are stupid.

Fraudulent Statements
D360, Galt is typing all this from his penthouse, and counting the stacks of cash he's made from his branded MCA company and the 200 loyal salespeople he employs. Listen to the advice. It comes from a special place.

Not me, but have been in the MCA space for quite some time, a lot more than most. No 200 salespeople, nor branded MCA co. Lucky enough to make some coin. It pays the bills. I do a lot more fortunately than MCA. If you have uncredit worthy people that need payroll financing, I can do it. etc etc etc.....A lot of factoring and still a considerable amount of MCAs and terms. Special place is too many lawsuits too count.

PS: funD, don't know why you are always looking to flame. But I promise I did more than you last month , and this month- and I barely work a few hours daily and spend most of my time on Hollywood Beach. First MCA I sold was for IGT in 85. We didn't call them MCAs in those days. Then Transmedia came in and went public, the guy that took them public was Alan Yarkin at what is now called Solly. We marketed by door to door. Now I'm more legitimate rather than only mafia loans or shark tank loans, I actually try to get people to get good paydexes, so a year or 2 from now so they do not have to consider MCAs.

Thanks Sean. Yes DataMerch is a free service for direct funders right now. We are NOT a non profit organization so it will eventually switch over to a paid monthly subscription. We have always been upfront with our members on that. Please email me directly if you want more information on the details of the future cost.

Like I said, fundD. I don't work full time anymore. Don't have to. I do spend most of my time on Hollywood Beach and have for years. Good renewals. Good clients. Good system. Still don't understand why you need to flame everyone on DF, nor do I care. Could call you a whole bunch of names but don't care enough to bother. Sorry that you are one sandwich short of a picnic. The point was to collect on a default is very, very hard. My business has been done on the beach including options trading for over 10 years.
PS: put over 200K with Can this month.
another 55 with Power.
Another 200 on term loans.
another 50k weekly with Crestmark (factoring in case you don't know what that is ..1 staffing op).
and still in my PJS.
Sorry for your losses.
Trust but verify.Last edited by John Galt; 11-11-2015 at 09:34 PM.

Jcoles. Sorry, they're adequate for the moment and allow me to relax. 58 and working out of bedroom in Hollywood. Minimal stress, have a good tan and comfortable. Same assistant for over 30 years. Probably retire next year, give the book out.

Glad to give you her email or tel....same with reps. I'm not stressing the biz like you boiler room guys. It's harder but there is still a market obviously. Why do you guys make these obvious ignorant statements? Why are you so jealous?
