    which MCA Companies do not require a personal guarantee for a public company?

    i know a public company in california looking for a MCA but do not want to sign a personal guarantee or a coj, any leads who would look to fund it with out a personal guarantee?

    I've never been able to get a publicly traded company to fund for this reason among others. Primarily it comes down to the ownership issues. Anyone else have any suggestions?
