    Knowing your customer!

    I just got an Email from a funding house stating the following: Wednesday November 11th
    Office Closed
    in Observance of Veterans Day!

    Cresthill reluctantly closes on New years and the 3 other major holidays!

    Not sure if being open on holidays gives you much of a competitive advantage...

    Agreed, if I were a merchant I know i wouldnt want cash advance sales reps blowing up my phone on New Years day.

    I agree... Its our Double Digit Commissions / offers in 3 Hours / extremely high rate of renewals / Fewest Stips / etc etc that keeps us competitive...(however we don't have a monopoly, many other friendly competitors in our space that offer a good service).
