Agreed..I have done well over a hundred interviews and whenever someone tells me that they were doing big numbers I am always skeptical because if you are you wouldn't be moving companies.

$75K x .10 = $7,500 x .40 = $3K/Month. Assuming they are averaging 10% comm on a 40% payout. Are you realistically able to retain brokers with $3K/M until renewals start kicking in? After working with 50+ brokers over the past couple years I've found that some have it and some don't, very cut and dry. As for quality brokers that stay, I typically see them funding $200K+ their first month.

Experienced guys should absolutely be able to produce numbers like that or better. I was referring to a brand new rookie cold-calling UCC's or Aged Leads. Their first months they should be able to produce ~$100K of volume or greater. Every rep should be able to consistently do $100K of volume or more at minimum. Of course, top reps might do 500-1MM of volume monthly.

My first month at YSC I made 912 dollars, I still have a photo copy of the check framed to remind me where I came from. But, I agree with Zach, a straight up Rookie should be able to put 3K in his pocket to start with and go from there.

    Me too

We pound UCC's and "aged" leads exclusively. Apparently that is a no-no on this board, works just fine for us.

You prob have about 10x as many brokers as I do though haha. Different models...

Dang, you are able to get your guys pounding UCC's doing 200K of volume their first month? I envy that. It takes me a few months of "ramp up" time to get them performing at that level... and many of them don't make it that far.

Trust me, I've had my share of terrible months during my first few months in the space... I can relate.

Started out in equipment financing, which makes cash advance look like a walk in the park. Hat's off to the equipment leasing guys.

1 out of 10 at best. That said, had a guy start fresh (no mca experience) last week of JUL. Funded $305K by end of AUG. Just a natural... Wish we had 20 like that, you guys would never hear from me again lol.

But what was his September and October? One month can be an anomaly, 2 or 3 in a row is a gold plated salesman.

    >$200K, <$300K, this month should get pretty wild for him commission wise. Wouldn't be surprised to see him exceed $500K. He is killing it.

You are forgetting that yulia will change the world of MCA's one UCC alias at a time. I vote for that as an inclusion in your perfectly worded signature line
