Its not that we dont believe you it is only that in the past a gmail address has usually led to people spamming the site, or a BS fake compant. With it being so cheap to setup a dedicated email address for your business people tend to be skeptical of a gmail address. If you have the money for an in house attorney, spend a little on a email address, will definitely make you and the company look more credible

Understood. sorry, as i side, first timer here. gmail is convenient. look, we are not sales people or marketing gurus. We do one thing. MCA collections. we do it fast and well. we are not looking to impress anyone with bells and whistles (however, if someone does visit us, as I mentioned, K-cups are available and complementary)

It's required because there are countless scammers that post on here looking to commit fraud. This is a community a lot of us enjoy and find useful. Phishing scams and people who misrepresent themselves while trying to sell a service or product ruin it for everyone. Nobody is accusing you of not being real, but if you're trying to sell something, be upfront about exactly who you are. Successful professionals don't typically use Gmail for business transactions, and at least have a website. No bad vibes in your direction, but hopefully this helps...
