My client is willing to do up to a 30% split and I am willing to take a cut in my commission to make a deal happen

The client does have a theft conviction from 8 years ago and his bank balances could be higher.

2) you mentioned CC volume, but what about total deposits?
3) Existing balances?
4) what is FICO?
