$3.5 M 2014
Loss of 35k
Similar for 2013
Looking to refi 600k in daily achs two lenders one at 500k (over year ago) the other at 100k (2 months ago)
decent balances can go over particulars with lender
Credit over 700
No lates
No real estate
We will not do it since the losses.

You try ARF? Haven't used them in a while so I'm a bit rusty, but I think this is a fit for them.

arf goes up to 11% so best case you'll get is $385k . unless they switched there guidelines

We have a Lender Partner that loves franchises... They go up to $2M... 5 day closes.. Fully amortized 24-60 month terms
