As the head of ISO relations here - I can confirm that we are not a "I caught a whale once in the pond." I have to say my Monday was kind of frustrating until I received the call from my ISO.
We pride ourselves in customer service, quick responses and the ability to work closely with our ISO's to ensure the merchant is happy and funded ASAP.

If someone takes the time out to send me a submission - the least I can do is to provide a quick and thorough response.
