I got a pretty expensive direct mail piece sent to my office from these guys today. Says they are a "not-for-profit" looking to get me out of my merchant cash advance.

Here's the kicker - says they are certified by the US Treasury Department.

Anyone heard of these guys?

Thanks, wasn't implying they weren't legit, just wondering about the details. I didn't know the feds were subsidizing non profits to help people out of MCA. The letter says that these "loans" damage businesses. Kind of an attack on our space.

I'm sure they are going to be very selective who they take. this isn't new as I first heard of this in calif 15 mos ago

The marketing seems really aggressive for a not for profit government backed or certified program. The mailer they sent me must have cost over a dollar per piece. If they are being selective, it would be a surprise to me.
