Merchant seeking an additional $100,000 cash-but I assume with the 50% Cash Out Rule the loan needs to be for $350,000??? but he wouldn't qualify for that, anyone with out this rule?

I do a LOT of MCA consolidations. Usually I can get the payment down to about one third of what the client is paying now. Twelve - Eighteen month term, monthly payments, with early pre-pay available any time after six months (principle only, no fees, penalties or interest).

Restaurants are literally the only industry that can be challenging. Mostly because so many of them go out of business, and our consolidation is long term. That stated, I would like to further understand what "multiple locations" means, since if the client truly has a lot of locations, we would likely view this as a business, rather than a restaurant.
