80% Commission Split
Madison Funding Partners is looking to immediately hire experienced cash advance subcontractors. We are paying an 80% commission split. We are a broker, not a direct lender. 20% pays for, among other things, access to our lender network and all of the administrative work associated with deal submission, approvals, contracts etc.
After 3 months, you will receive a phone, corporate email address and basic data (UCC and B2B records). Your first 3 months will serve as a trial period - We want to get to know you and get a feel for how you conduct your business. Integrity, transparency and honesty are paramount here at Madison Funding.
This is primarily a telecommuting opportunity. However, there is room for those wishing to work in the office. We rent our desks at a cost of $1,000/month all-inclusive (semi-private office, phone, computer, UCC/B2B leads, supplies, beverages, 24/7 access).
We realize that an 80/20 split is much higher than the industry average. You may be wondering - “What’s the catch?” We operate under a different model than most brokers. We’re not looking to a sales force to help build our revenue. Our in-house marketing efforts accomplish that. We are, however, looking to expand our brand and create additional syndication opportunities. We think we can achieve both by providing a platform for experienced cash advance brokers at a fair price.
Please note – We take a consultative approach and do not employ aggressive and/or “hard sales” tactics. Please do not apply if your style differs from ours. No judgment, but you just won’t be a fit within our culture.
Our contacts are below. If interested, please reach out to us directly by phone or email - we will not respond to posts on this forum. All communication will be kept strictly confidential.

If I am understanding this properly, they are looking for brokers to sub-broker deals to them. If not, please let us know.

Lol. And what exactly is a "semi-private office"? Is that recruiter speak for cubicle?
