Property Deal-Refi?
Land owner in California has $370k equity in $500k land, which is an access waterway. He is a small business owner but wouldn't be approved for a daily ach deal, because his receivables are inconsistent. He currently owes $130k on property. Anyone out there who is versed in this type of deal? He runs a recreational docking/boating company. "Will take anything". Thanks for the help

Talk with Zach (you will see him here on the forum) from WBL. He might be able to fund against raw land.
