Wow so Yellowstone changed their policy of not being able to find a negative account . Also how many nsf will they do now ?
Or is it just a marketing campaign not meant for current ISO of Yellowstone

Each file is underwritten individually, it's absolutely not a one size fits all situation.

Michael I, the deal mentioned in the article is not meant to be a change of policy, but rather an example of Yellowstone's flexibility. In this case, we actually had the merchant come down and visit our office for a face to face conversation because we really liked his business model and TIB. After speaking with him in the office, we funded the negative account based off our assessment of the merchant and not just his bank statements.

Got to be honest here, a lot of times it's not that the account is negative, it's the how and why it's negative and when the merchant expects to be positive. Joe is right it's not a policy change, our team has just made a very concentrated effort to look beyond that and take the time to make sure we aren't passing up a good deal.

Do it, if 2 or 3 fund you never know where that could lead. I have a file from a broker that we have funded 35 times (no bull) and it started as a 4K deal with negatives...you never know what can happen if you give Yellowstone a shot, especially my guys!

Believe its 1.30 now and they've been doing mixtures of add's on and partial refi's, they couldn't take a full refi that many times....

looking for someone to find my client

I have a client with a theft conviction from 8 years ago that has now owned a business for a few years that is high margin and currently does $32,000 to $45,000 a month in credit card sales, I am trying to get him $20,000 to $35,000 at a rate of 1.32 or about that with a 15-30%split

If anyone can help me with this
    Email me at sales@buytanningsalons.com

I currently am an ISO with a couple funders, but no one can get close to the 1.32 rate he wants, he does have some low bank balances though

I dont think i would call it trapped, the merchant basically has a line of credit with us, takes funds every 2-3 weeks or as they need it for repairs, new equipment, etc.
