    MCA/ACH Advances VS Term Loans VS Other Financing.

    Would an Advance Funder consider it a stack if the Merchant already has a term loan in first position?

    Would a Term Lender require an Advance in first position to be paid off?

    Would an Equipment Financing Co. or Factoring Co. or an ABL allow another loan in 1st position, ahead of them?
