Who is a Direct lender for 6 months time in Business?

I believe Zach at WBL (here in the forum) will do anything beyond three months, but you must have real estate collateral.

That's correct -- by our guidelines we require 6 months, but if the revenue and collateral is there we may make exceptions on a one-off basis.
