Thank you. Our reputation is very important to us. This program was designed for the benefit of the Merchant. As is the case, there are many merchants today with multiple positions and incur high daily payments. Merchants who are good performers deserve a chance to reduce their payments and this is where we come in. The industry is changing and longevity is the key to success. To quote Charles Darwin, "It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change"

Is it promotional that u don't require a net amount, or will this practice be continued throughout the length of this program? If so can someone please explain to me the benefit for the provider to not be requiring the merchant to net anything?

The promotional aspect of this deal is the NO NET REQUIREMENT. Typically there is a net requirement for regular consolidation plus net deals, as we offer that type of category as well. But what we see today are good merchants who either don't want or can't afford any more capital... they fit this box.
The benefit is to not further risk the Merchant's ability to perform... and the capital of the Lender. This is a trial program. It clearly benefits the positions getting bought out and it also reducing the Merchant's daily payments by more than 50%, as has been the case so far. This is a win win, but we, the Lender, are taking that risk while not putting more into it.
There is a place to make money and there is a place to help the Merchant's save money. This deal is the latter. Our regular deals are competitive with other companies and we do offer a buy rate system with an up sell up to 12 points. This consolidation program however is a fixed sell rate, offering five points commission, no junk fees allowed.
As part of better practices and the Coalition's effort to promote ethical financial practices, Fusion Capital has rolled out this program with the goal of helping the Merchants who have found themselves in a difficult situation. Again, this is about doing the right thing for the Merchants.

Depending on the balances and how far along a Merchant is in with the advance(s), there are situations where the balances are low yet the daily payments are high. Those situations fit our program.

Can you address this as well? I've been looking for these true consolidations that can actually work, a 7 month program at max would be the same situation technically for the merchant as having very high cash advance related payments taking too much of the gross.
I was looking for something with a longer term, let's say 15 months or something, that's the only way you are going to reduce down the actual monthly payment "take" to where it's manageable again (somewhat) for the merchant.
