My client has real estate rehab business and is seeking a loan. Currently owns real estate through a business umbrella here in the US. However - business owners are not American citizens.

They seek a loan of between 8 and 12 percent.

Any ideas?

I never came across a lender who lists their direct phone number on their website. No secretary, toll free number, etc.
