Hi CastCap,

I am a direct lender. If your client does the type of revenue you are describing and has decent margins, I have a 12-18 month term funding that might be a good fit. Monthly payments, and the client can prepay any time after six months (paying principle only, no interest, no fees or penalties) for a significant savings. If you are interested, I would just need to see his P&L and Balance Sheet for 2014 and 2015 YTD to provide you with some quick feedback.

Hi, I agree with your analysis that an ACH product won't work. However, I have put acquisition capital together in the past by a variety of financial instruments.
I would like to know a bit more about the specifics of the deal.
