My client, a supply company is looking for a 3-5 year consolidation for two outstanding cash advances, $393,000 and $43,000 (which should be paid off in about 10 weeks.) He has an approval for $500,000, for (3) years, but is cannot be used to payoff the (2) advances, and willing to go behind the consolidation loan. I have all the Financials that would be needed. Interested lenders would receive a complete packet along with a detailed narrative from the owner. Briefly, here are particulars about the company.

For the consolidations, we are targeting well performing deals where the client needs additional capital. The merchant should be netting 50% of the consolidated advance.

If they are then we can offer a 3 to 5 year term.

You'd be looking more along the lines of a term loan for this one. My recommendation would be to give Fundation a shot, they'd definitely take a look at this
