We get Schedule C's done all the time.. EVEN THOSE THAT ARE HOME BASED.. Credit needs to be above 600 with profits and at least 1 year of tax returns, and interim financials..

You're right, it's about the rate being commensurate with the investors risk. It goes a little deeper than credit and profits.

FUNd... absolutely.. We have 2 banks that like this paper.. They see Schedule C's as future S Corps or LLC's and lend based on standard UW practices..
