I have used you before and can say you have a unique product (% of deposits on ACH), but when it comes to standard MCA, you guys give inferior offers

When we like deals, we are more aggressive. We have brokers that send us several horrible deals and when we decline them, they say we're declining everything. In the meantime, they don't send us the real deals. They are looking for a place to send the crap that other funders are not funding. Well, we are not interested in those.

I have been dealing with Jay & Joe over there for years. I stopped submitting when 1) you declined 80% of what was sent over and 2) on the deals you DO approve, your offers are inferior to several other funders I use.

To give you credit though, you have a niche. Zeines Partners/Pearl used to do the % of deposits deals & I haven't seen anyone else who does it on the regular. Stick with that. THAT separates you form the pack.

HAHAHAhahaha... I wouldn't call it "defected" but yea, that was a good deal. I will say, I'VE had a few nightmares on the days of you walking into my office all riled up over a deal. The Good Ole days.. Boston Cream Donuts, Complicated ACH deals and Sophies Cuban on the Jewish Holidays. "the good ole days"

We do deals slightly under 20k a month. It all depends.
